When travelling through a weird shroom-tree forest, but they're almost out of fuel. Bulma and Oolong start quarreling. Yamcha and Pu-ar are still following them.
They arrive at a town and Bulma and Goku are still verbally fighting one another. Everyone they pass eems to be extremely scared of Bulma for some reason. She leave Goku and Oolong alone to go shopping. When Oolong and Goku want to pay for the gas, the guy doesn't want to take their money. When Bulma goes shopping for some Dino-Caps she too doesn't have to pay for them. Suddenly two men with bunny ears just like Bulma enters the town. Bulma bought new clothes, and takes of the bunny ears. The salesman asks if she's not a member of the Rabbits. Bulma doesn't really know what he means, as she tells him no. He gets mad. When walking back to Goku and Oolong no-one seems to be scared of her anymore.
The 2 bunny men seem to be terrorizing the neighborhood. The 2 get Bulma in their sights and try to impress her. When Bulma wants to leave one of the men points a gun at Bulma. She tells Goku to take care of the men. He first finishes his burger and then punches the men into a pulp. One of the men summons his boss to come to town. All of the villagers start to panic and run into their houses. The men get up and start talking about the 'special thing' their boss is gonna do with them. A car shaped into a bunny arrives in the town and a large bunny gets out of the car. The two men point out Goku as the one that smashed them up.
Yamcha that followed them into the town seems to recognize the rabbit. The rabbit jumps towards Bulma. He wants to shake her hand. Yamcha remembers something, that if he touches anyone they're goners. Bulma slaps the rabbits hand away and changes into a carrot. Yamcha remember his name: Monster Carrot. Goku gets mad and tells him to turn Bulma back. Oolong has the idea to use his power pole, that way he doesn't have to touch im. He starts to try and smash Monster Carrot, but he threatens to eat Bulma if he goes on. Oolong takes of with the car and Goku is all on his own. The two men start kicking Goku as he can't do anything or else Bulma will be eaten. Yamcha realizes he has to help them if they ever want to have all dragonballs. He tells Pu-ar to change into a bird and snatch Bulma the carrot. That part of the mission works. Next Yamcha kicks the shit out of the two men. He tells Goku to beat Monster Carrot know with his power pole, as he doesn't have the carrot anymore. But Monster Carrot starts to hop after Pu-ar as he's trying to touch him. He forgets to look forward and smashes into a shroom. Yamcha, Goku and Monster Carrot all jump up. Goku pokes the Bulma carrot away and catches it. Pu-ar fell down as well and changes into Monster Carrot. He threatens to touch Monster Carrot and he's afraid of him. Goku strikes and smashes him in the head. He tells him to change Bulma again or he'll whack him again. He changes Bulma back.
Goku ties up the Rabbit men and Oolong returns. Bulma preaches Oolong and the start their fighting again. Goku rams his power pole in the ground and holds on to it while holding on to the Rabbit gang as well. This way he brings them way up to the moon. He told them that if they would make rabbit candy for an entire year he would come back and bring them back down...
