Bulma and Goku are still working on bringing the turtle to the ocean. Bulma checks the map and the only have 2 more miles to go. A monster spotted them though and is planning on eating the turtle. The monster is telling them to give the turtle, but Goku sticks his tongue out to the monster forcing the monster to attack. The giant beast seems to be unable to slash the little Goku as he is a lot quicker. With one punch he manages to floor the big fucker.
They finally reach the ocean. "It's the biggest river I've ever seen!". Stupid Goku :P. The turtle wants to give Goku a gift for helping him, but he lets them wait for a long time. At the same time Pilaf is daydreaming about him being the ruler of the world when Mai and Showl return to Pilaf's palace. He receives a call that a dragonball has been found. And old master named Roshi has it. He's on an island in the middle of the ocean. When Mai and Showl prepare to take off, Pilaf decides to go with them as well.
The turtle is moving towards Goku and Bulma again, but someone is riding along with him on his back. It's an old man. He says his name is Roshi. He tells Goku he wants to give him a token of gratitude. He tries to summon a magic carpet, but nothing happens... Apparently the old coot brought it to the cleaners. Next he summons the 'Flying Nimbus'. A small yellow cloud comes flying towards them. It stops to a halt next to them. Roshi tells that if Goku can ride it he can have it, but one can only ride it, if he has a pure heart. Roshi jumps on it but falls through, but when Goku tries he is able to ride it, so he can have it.
Pilaf and gang have spotted the island and are 'getting aboard' the island. Pilaf checks if someone is home by acting by knocking on the door. When no-one responds they decide to break in. Pilaf wants to act smart, by using a universal key to get in, but it won't work. But apparently the window was open the entire time.
Goku is taking his cloud for a spin. It's pretty fast. Bulma also wants a cloud, but the turtle tells she never helped him. Roshi tells her if she can manage a date with an older woman she can have something as well. The turtle is embarrassed and he tells Roshi he should behave. He decides to give Bulma something without needing anything in return. She calls Goku to show the dragonball. Goku and Bulma leave the ocean again and Roshi goes back to his island.
A crocodile is sleeping on Roshi's island and Pilaf is threatening him with a knife to tell him where Roshi went. Apparrently Roshi allready arrived at the island. They ask him where his dragonball is, but he tells them they have to look near the shore for Bulma. When giving them a push he smashes a hole in the plane. Bulma wants to travel on the cloud, but when she tries to jump on she falls right through. At the same time the plain of Pilaf and co. is sinking...
